If you offer to help or email the campaign, your information will be treated with care.
What is collected
The Get Involved form collects your name, email address and any optional telephone number, location information, activities, general availability and message you choose to provide. Questions submitted before the question form closed remain subject to this privacy notice.
How it is used
Previously submitted questions and email sent to the campaign are used to answer your enquiry. Get Involved information is used to organize campaign volunteers, arrange sign delivery and coordinate the activities you selected. It will not be sold, published or used for an unrelated purpose.
Who can see it
Access is limited to authorized campaign organizers who need the information for campaign work. Reasonable technical and administrative safeguards will be used.
How long it is kept
Form information will be reviewed after the campaign and deleted when it is no longer required for campaign operations or legal obligations.
Your choice
You may ask the campaign to correct your information, remove it or stop contacting you by emailing jim@jimpalm.ca or replying to a campaign message.
